Cancellations and Returns

You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. In addition, Oreliom offers an extended return period: orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. You are welcome to inspect and test the item as you would in a physical store; however, we kindly ask that items are returned complete and in their original packaging. Please note that if items are returned with damage caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we may make a deduction from the refund for the loss in value. How to Request a Return:

  • Request a return: Send an email to support@oreliom.co.uk with your order number. You may simply state you wish to return the item, or use the optional Model Cancellation Form provided below.
  • Receive instructions: Our support team will confirm your request and provide a return reference number. Returns are processed at our UK warehouse in Peterborough.
  • Send the item(s): Return the items to the address below. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund: Once your return has been received and inspected at our UK facility, the refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed by our team. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
